The massive global crises and intense social chaos engulfing us today are triggering an evolutionary response. Modern humans are emerging as Sparks. These Sparks are no longer merely evolutionary experiments and no longer simply holy and "other world" people. On the contrary, Sparks today are emerging everywhere as modern humans transformed. A successful businessman can be a Spark; a powerful political figure can be a Spark; a great scientist can be a Spark; a famous actor can be Spark; a tremendous athlete can be a Spark; a renowned professor can be a Spark. A devoted mother or teacher can be a Spark. And even a clergyman can be a Spark.

Sparks are true born-again people. Who is included in this unique circle? All born- again people are Sparks. The potential to be born again is a universal phenomenon. Some religious groups claim this experience to be exclusively theirs and incorporate it within their theology and ritual. On the contrary, it is a universal phenomenon and the capacity to be born again is in all humans. It can be described and explained in many ways, each of which is relevant if it incorporates the key elements of the experience. Just saying that one is born again doesn't make it so. Simply muttering a few magic words doesn't make it so. The born again experience is real and can happen to anybody. One doesn't have to be religious. It will truly transform a person and dramatically alter his or her perspective and behavior. This transformation, if real and not merely a social ploy, will be obvious to any discerning observer. It will be dramatic, deep and enduring. Being born again makes a huge difference in the life of a person and incredibly broadens--not narrows and restricts-- his or her perspective.

Haven't you noticed that the Sparks you have already identified and observed appear everywhere? Gender and race are irrelevant. Level of education and status in this world don't determine who is or isn't a Spark. Wealth, power or fame don't tell the story either. Nice people come in all flavors, so too kind, generous, caring and giving people. And so too are the Sparks among us, various people of all kinds. This will become increasingly so as Evolution, of necessity, brings forth Sparks en mass literally everywhere. Thus, slowly but surely, Sparks are coming to influence the course of human events and will soon begin to defuse the global crises we face and to complete the civilization we are building. Sparks are Evolution's trump card to keep humanity in the Game of Life.
